We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards for all eligible services.

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for movement and easy access to the areas we’ll be working on (e.g. shorts or a tank top). Avoid heavy lotion or oils before your session.

Yes — we work with youth athletes and active teens often! For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the session. Anyone under 18 will need a signed consent form prior to their first visit.

While TENS units use alternating current (AC) to mask pain by stimulating the skin, the Neubie uses direct current (DC) — which allows us to go deeper and interact directly with the nervous system. That means we’re not just covering up pain — we’re identifying the root dysfunction, re-educating muscles, and speeding up recovery. It’s a completely different experience and outcome.
